WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?

We ship each order as soon as possible via USPS or UPS. Each order will receive  a tracking number via email and/or SMS text.

Clarity Studios is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows it has been shipped by carrier. However, we are devoted to fulfilling every order with care. Please use the tracking number sent to your email after your order is delivered. In the event that you do not receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it's been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors, or leasing office before reaching out to our support at clearcareteam@gmail.com. Yes! We now ship to select countries including Canada, U.K, South Korea, Japan, and many others! 

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All sales are FINAL. At this time we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to inquire about a return or exchange please contact our support team at clearcareteam@gmail.com

 

REFUNDS

Refunds for double orders or any other reason take about 5-10 business days to process depending on your bank. 

 

FREQUENT CHECKOUT ERRORS

Credit cards may be declined due to a multitude of reasons. A common problem is that sometimes the billing address is NOT the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV number of your card.
